Overview

For public sector leaders seeking senior manager or Senior Executive Service (SES) positions in their agencies, it is critical to demonstrate competence and confidence as a Federal leader. This interactive seminar tests leaders' abilities and reinforces specific skills required of top leadership in Government today. This seminar uses the Challenge, Context, Action and Results model to help you develop a personal strategy for effectively communicating your abilities as a high-level public sector leader.
