Overview
Learning about the Merit Promotion Process is just one step in mastering your abilities as a staffing specialist – the key is being able to apply those principles on the job. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use what you learned about merit promotion selection activities in our Introduction to Selection Activities in the Merit Promotion Process to typical General Scheduled (GS) and Federal Wage System (FWS) hiring scenarios. In this course, you’ll briefly review key concepts before completing selection activities with guidance and feedback from instructors.
