Megan Huss

Megan Huss is the Managing Director of the Process & Performance Improvement Program in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Human Resources Solutions (HRS).  In this role, Megan leads the development of process and performance improvement capabilities through Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification Programs; customized training workshops; and project-based learning to meet immediate improvement needs, while building capacity for sustained cultures of improvement.

 Megan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Improvement Team (FIT), a non-profit organization, comprised of public servants committed to creating an effective public sector, by developing an infrastructure and common language for solving complex problems, uncovering root causes, and making data-driven decisions.

 Megan has held a number of leadership roles, focused on making individuals and organizations better, during her 13 years of public service in OPM’s HR Solutions.  She previously led Change & Transformation Management, Workforce & Succession Management, Strategy Development, as well as Business Planning and Operations. Megan and her teams have established and executed many large-scale Inter-Agency Agreements, after assessing complex organizational needs and developing integrated solutions.  Megan holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska, and M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
