Seat Time/Course Length | The blended Introduction to Guiding Recruitment and Selection Activities course comprises about 5 hours of Web-based Training (WBT) and 8 hours of four interspersed Webinars. The following table summarizes the sequence of the course components and provides estimates for the time each will require.
The design for the WBT lessons and Webinars calls for participants to take two lessons before attending a webinar session (except Webinar 4), as shown in the table above. This design allows for conducting a webinar any day during the week following the completion of the lessons, after which participants will take the next two lessons in sequence, prior to the start of the next webinar. We recommend using the same day and time each week for the Webinar Sessions. During each session, the instructor will review instructional contents to reinforce key or new concepts. The instructional content will be provided in the Instructor Guides. The discussion of the instructional content may address overcoming challenges to applying the content. |
