Target Audience

 

The target audience for this course package is Staffing Specialists at GS levels 9-12.

 

Prerequisites SS110: Staffing for Organizational Impact. This course sets the stage for much of the recruitment discussion of course SS210.

In addition, for the best learning outcomes, the following courses are recommended, but not required, to be taken before this course:

The design for the WBT lessons and Webinars calls for participants to take two lessons before attending a webinar session (except Webinar 4), as shown in the table above. This design allows for conducting a webinar any day during the week following the completion of the lessons, after which participants will take the next two lessons in sequence, prior to the start of the next webinar. We recommend using the same day and time each week for the Webinar Sessions. 

During each session, the instructor will review instructional contents to reinforce key or new concepts. The instructional content will be provided in the Instructor Guides. The discussion of the instructional content may address overcoming challenges to applying the content.
