The target audience for this course package is Staffing Specialists at GS levels 9-12.

 

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course. However, for the best learning outcomes, the following courses are recommended, but not required, to be taken before this course:

Seat Time/Course Length The blended Engaging Others for Effective Staffing course is comprised of 4 hours of Web-Based Training (WBT), 4.5 hours of Webinars, and on-the-job training (OJT). The course design calls for learners to complete the online pre-test first and then a lesson of the WBT component followed by a corresponding Webinar in a recurring fashion until all lessons and Webinars are completed. After all WBT lessons and corresponding Webinars have been taken, the online post-test must be completed. Once learners have completed the WBT, the Webinars, and the post-test, participants will complete the OJT. Once participants complete all three components, they will earn completion credit for the course.
