Marilyn Bugenhagen

Marilyn Bugenhagen joined the CLD and Federal Executive Institute faculty in 2013 brings a unique mix of leading, managing, and facilitating organizational change and fostering leader development in the private and public sectors.  Her primary areas of focus include vertical leadership development, leader maturity, evolving the framework for change, complexity and decision-making, and developing potential for leading.  In her thirty year career, Marilyn has worked with a diverse clients including U.S. Army, Air Force, US Agency for International Development, National Science Foundation, NOAA, Small Business Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and a multitude of agencies leaders enrolled in the FEI Leadership for a Democratic Society program. She is an author of articles published in the Journal of Leadership Studies, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, and Journal of Leadership Education.
