Presenter: Megan Huss  | Managing Director, OPM's Process & Performance Improvement Program

Megan Huss is the managing director of the Process & Performance Improvement Program in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). In this role, Megan leads the development of process and performance improvement capabilities through Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification Programs; customized training workshops; and consultative project-based learning initiatives to meet organizations’ immediate needs, while building public sector capacity in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Megan has held many leadership roles during her 14 years with OPM’s HR Solutions (HRS) in Organizational Change & Transformation Management; Workforce Planning; Succession Management; Strategy and Business Planning; as well as Operations Management. Megan holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska, and a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
